checked in homework 1-3
learned how the timing and rotations in this class will work
saw charts of the progress of real students who have taken this class
learned 2 ways we can earn parties in this class - by improving our lexiles as a class more than the other 2 classes of Read180, and by reading a certain number of pages during independent reading
finished reading "Strap Box Flyer" by Paul Jennings
I wrote a paragraph to help my teacher learn about my strengths and weaknesses as a writer

Today in Read180 we learned:
-some basic information about this class (Welcome to Read180 Handout)
-our daily homework routine (We did homework 1-1 together - there will be homework every night)
-how to use clickers in this class (We practiced signing on to the clickers & entering the 1-1 homework answers)
-our classmates names (We played a name game)
